All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If an item you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are currently unable to process international orders.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please email info@275central.com for further assistance.

RETURNS
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge).  Mail your item(s) using the included return label, and we'll simply deduct a $9 restocking fee from your order. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process. 

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Remember to add 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. 275 Central ships exclusively via UPS. Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 7 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with UPS Ground service.
